Originally Amber Polyurethane, POLYAMBER cc is Cape Town's oldest and most reputable polyurethane lining company, having being established in 1988.

The current owner, Bradley Niekerk, joined the company in 1996 as a manager and purchased the company outright in 1998. The company was renamed as POLYAMBER cc.

The company is 100% black empowered and consists of 5 staff that includes the owner in a "hands on" capacity.

The company’s registration number is CK 2000/007193/23
